Zutaten

45 ml Schladerer Red Williams Pear Brandy
15 ml Belsazar White Vermouth
15 ml sugar syrup
45 ml fresh organic buttermilk
“Pine oil essence” *

Zubereitung

Mix the first four ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until thoroughly cold. Strain into the pre-cooled tumbler over ice cubes and then use a sprayer to fine-spray the pine essence over the cocktail.

* Pour 50 ml of pear brandy and 5 drops of pine bud oil into a sprayer and shake until the mixture is consistent.
