Zutaten

2 cl gin
2 cl Sherry (Fino or Amontillado)
2 cl dry vermouth
0,5 cl Curaçao
Absinthe for rinsing the glass

Zubereitung

Rinse chilled coupette with Absinthe. Throw remaining ingredients ten times, pour into coupette and garnish with olive.

If you are not familiar with throwing: Take two Boston shaker tins, fill the first one with ice and ingredients. Take a strainer, and pour the ingredients from the first tin into the second, holding back the ice. Now, pour the ingredients back into the first tin, and continue so forth. For increased tips and better aeration, hold the first tin high above your head and the catching vessel at the height of your hip while pouring.
